Become a Member

The Faculty Association welcomes all UCLA faculty as members. Since 2014, the Council of University of California Faculty Associations (CUCFA) has been in partnership with the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). You can join both organizations here: the UCLA FA is the local AAUP chapter. If you’re already a member of the FA, you can choose to add-on an AAUP membership. Make your selection below to proceed.

Contingent Faculty

Join the Faculty Association on a monthly or yearly basis. Learn about joining the AAUP as a lecturer with continuing or precarious employment.

Senate faculty

Join the Faculty Association as a tenured or tenure-track faculty member. You may opt-in to join the AAUP on the same page.

AAUP Add-on

Only for existing UCLA-FA members.

Add an AAUP membership to your existing FA membership.

Emeritus and Emerita Faculty

Join or rejoin the Faculty Association as an Emeritus/a Member.
